- The products conform to the Manufacturer’s Standard Specifications which are subject to change without prior notice.
- The prices of the products are subject change without prior notice.
- The products once sold shall not be taken back.
- The USER MANUAL is available on this website for ready reference and may be freely downloaded for use by the Customers. The terms of use as in USER MANUAL shall strictly be abided.
- Customers are required to strictly observe the terms & conditions of use as instructed from time to time including the USER MANUAL of the products. DELTA reserves its right to disclaim any or all warranties & claims arising out of misuse or improper use or non-observance of the terms of use or tampering of the products or its serial number.
- DELTA shall not be responsible for delay in delivery or performance including installation & commissioning from causes beyond its control including, but not limited to, force majeure situations, any causalities, acts of the customers, acts of the transporter, untoward incidents, strikes and other difficulties.
- DELTA shall not be liable for any consequential damages resulting from use or misuse of the supplied products nor for any loss of profit and real value loss incurred by the customer.
- DLETA’s liability, if any, arising out of its performance of this invoice or contract or the products covered herewith shall be limited to the sale value of product giving rise to the liability.
- Products are warranted against manufacturing defects only and only to first consumer or user.
- The warranty types such as on-site or carry-in as well as warranty period vary from product to product and shall be applicable as explicitly agreed to in the contract with the Customer.
- The warranty obligation is limited to repairing or providing replacement of part(s) which are found to be defective and the replaced or defective parts shall become the property of DELTA.
- Products repaired or tampered with by the Customer either itself or through third party during the warranty period self-extinguish its warranty rights immediately thereafter.
