Delta make VFD-F is a high performance user friendly multi function fan & pump application AC Motor Drive. It is V/F control drive with wide range varying from 1HP to 300HP 460VAC with Overload capacity 120% of full load current for 1 minute. VFD-F is developed by considering mainly the Fan & Pump, HVAC Application and is incorporated with features like automatic energy saving, sleep/wake, adjustable V/F curve feature, which helps in reducing the energy consumption. VFD-F has optional relay card by which maximum of 4 motors can be connected for applications demanding constant pressure or circulatory control. It has inbuilt Modbus communication feature via RS-485 port for communicating with other devices. There are 8 inbuilt programmable multi function input (NPN/ PNP type) for selection among 0-15 multi step operations, jog operation, speed up/down, counter, & PLC operation. VFD-F Drive has two relay O/P for indication of multi function output such as drive running, set frequency achieved, fault indication, drive is ready. It has two analog input (0-10V & 4-20mA DC) for speed reference and two analog output (0-10V & 4- 20mA DC) for feedback of frequency, power factor, current and voltage. It is fully equipped with all the protection options such as over load protection, over-voltage/over-current stall prevention, short circuit protection, reset after fault, speed search function and ground fault. VFD-F has built in PID Function by which close loop control of drive output frequency is possible. With this feature in HVAC application we can not only maintain the temperature at set value but also by varying the speed of motor we can save plenty of energy and eliminate flow control equipments like throttling valves or inlet guide vanes. VFD-F Drive is approved with CE, UL and C-tick Standards and has Protection level IP20.
