Delta make VFD-M is high performance, compact powerful variable frequency AC motor drive up to 10 HP with overload endurance of 150% of rated current for 1 minute, & can be used for all general purpose applications. It is sensorless vector drive with high torque performance (starting torque can be 150% at 5 HZ.) with auto torque and slip compensation feature. VFD-M has inbuilt Braking transistor varying from 1HP to 3 HP and with the optional Braking resistor or Braking unit, 125% braking torque is possible. VFD-M provides the option for setting of two sets of Accel/Decel time (0.1to 600 sec) selection. It has inbuilt Modbus communication feature via RS-485 port for communicating with other devices. There are 5 inbuilt programmable multi function input (NPN/ PNP type) for selection among 0-7 multi step operations, jog operation, speed up/down, counter, & PLC operation. It has one relay & one photocoupler O/P for indication of multi function output such as drive running, set frequency achieved, fault indication, drive is ready. It has one analog input (0-10V & 4-20mA DC) for speed reference and one analog output (0-10V DC) for feedback of frequency and current. It is fully equipped with all the protection options such as over load protection, over-voltage/over-current stall prevention, short circuit protection, reset after fault, speed search function and ground fault. VFD-M is best suited drive for machine tool application such as conveyor, tread mill, lift door, packaging machine, fan & pump application. This drive is approved with CE, UL and C-tick Standards & Protection level IP20.
