Delta make VFD VE Drive is most powerful variable frequency AC motor drive up to 100HP. Equipped with all latest control feature such as V/F, Field oriented control with encoder feedback, sensorless vector control, torque +PG control and position control. Starting torque can be 150% at .5 and 0 HZ with FOC+ PG MODE and auto torque/ slip compensation feature. Overload Endurance 150% of rated current for 1 minute & 200% for 2 sec. VFD-VE has four sets of Accel/Decel time selection & independent accel/decl, S-curve setting.It has inbuilt Modbus communication feature via RS-485 port for communicating with other devices. There are 6 inbuilt programmable multi function input (NPN/ PNP type) for selection among 0-15 multi step operations, jog operation, speed up/down, counter, & PLC operation. VFD-VE has one relay & three photocoupler O/P for indication of multi function output such as drive running, set frequency achieved, fault indication, drive is ready. It has two analog input (0-10V & 4-20mA DC) for speed reference and one analog output (0-10V & 4- 20mA DC) for feedback of frequency and current and one digital frequency output signal. It is fully equipped with all the protection options such as over load protection, over-voltage/over-current stall prevention, short circuit protection, reset after fault, speed search function, ground fault and motor over heat protection by PTC. VFD VE has Mechanical brake release control function which makes this drive suitable for crane and hoist application. PG close loop control up to speed range 1:1000 possible with this drive. VFD-VE has 16 point position control with pulse command and home search feature. Auto tune feature is incorporated to read motor parameter and load inertia & has Auto energy saving feature for light load. This drive is best suited with transmission devices, elevators, crane, CNC machine center, extrusion molding and injection molding machine. VFD-VE Drive is approved with CE, UL and C-tick Standard & Protection level IP20 and NEMA1.
