How do I calculate the control accuracy of the linear motor?


1.    Check the values of the following drive parameters: P1.044, P1.045, and PM0.4.

2.    If P1.044 = 250, P1.045 = 1, and PM0.4 = 4, then 1 PUU (Pulse Unit) equals 1 pulse.

3.    Calculate using the formula: 4nm/pulse (PM.04) x 250 (P1.044) pulse/rev = 1000nm = 1μm

Hence, under the condition that 1 PUU equals 1 pulse, the control accuracy is 1μm.
